VOLUNTEERS NEEDED !!!

Artesian Invitational is a not-for-profit organization. Therefore, we depend solely on volunteers and fundraising to cover the costs of presenting our contest. It is our goal to provide the participating bands with the best possible contest atmosphere for everyone involved. The more funds we have available, the better facilities and services we can provide. This year's fundraising events will be posted as they are scheduled.

Countless volunteers will be needed on the date of the Contest itself - Saturday, October 10, 2009. We need a large number of volunteers to work concessions throughout the afternoon and evening. If you can only work during certain times, we can work that out, just let us know when you can work. Other opportunities include bathroom monitors, parking attendants, band hosts, runners for judges, etc. Please send an e-mail to artesianinvitational@live.com to inquire about what you can do and we will align you with your desired task.
