WELCOME to the Artesian Invitational website!

We are proud to announce the 2011 Artesian Invitational Marching Band Contest. We are also proud to announce the addition of artificial turf to our competition field.

Date: It will be held on Saturday, October 1st, 2011

Location: Martinsville High School in Martinsville, Indiana

Entry Fee: The 2011 entry fee is FREE but is limited to the first 20 bands that apply.

Admission: Spectator admission is $6 for adults and $4 for those 17 and under.

Entry Deadline: Performance time will be based on entry date. A maximum of 20 bands can be accommodated. Please reserve your spot as quickly as possible.  September 12 - Deadlines for entries have been extended. Please ask.

Format: The event will follow the Mid States Band Association format and will be judged by a panel from the Central States Judges Association.

Reservations: A band may enter the event in Festival Class (taped evaluation only) or one of five (5) competitive classes according to your band's total number of wind and percussion members.
